IAVM Region 6’s biennial conference takes place in San Antonio, Texas, and is geared toward members of all types. The schedule is full with region business, educational sessions, networking opportunities, venue tours, local arts and culture, and more.

Spring Virtual Town Hall
Region 6 is excited to offer a virtual town hall on April 30 at 12 pm (CST) to all interested. Learn more about IAVM and what Region 6 can do for you, meet your Region and local representatives, and discuss upcoming opportunities, current struggles, and industry changes. Questions or suggested topics are welcome in advance when registering or can be sent to info@iavmregion6.org.
Monthly Newsletter
Our monthly newsletter is released around the 15th of every month. We welcome and encourage your news submissions!
Submission Guidelines:
Submit in email, Word/Publisher, or other basic file type.
Limit articles to a few paragraphs or half a page. If submission are long, we may be required to cut it down for the length of the newsletter.
Include no more than 2-3 photos (preferably high-resolution).
No infomercial or sales pitch articles that may be perceived as selling your product, service, or venue.
Send your submissions by the 10th of the month to info@iavmregion6.org.
Scholarships & Stipends
Region 6 is honored to award a yearly scholarship to Venue Management School and VMS Leadership Institute, and a yearly stipend for the CVP accreditation.
